• Monthly payments are debited directly from the chosen payment method from the billing date chosen at the time of signup.
• All subscriptions have a minimum 6-month commitment and will automatically renew at the end of the 6 month period.
• To cancel a subscription after the minimum 6 month term clients must provide written notice a minimum of 14 days prior to the next billing cycle
• Subscriptions are non-transferable. Treatments must be used in the month billed. Any unused benefits do not carry over to the following month.
• Subscriptions is hosted by third party service Aglow, keeping your payments Safe and Secure. On your bank statement, Aglow will be the debtor.
• Discounts are only available on full priced treatments and products. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.
• Lavish Skin & Body reserves the right to change or terminate the subscription at any time with a minimum of one month’s notice provided.
• All treatments must be paid for upfront before the commencement of any treatment while on the subscription.

Additional Fees and Charges

• There is a one-time only set up fee of $9.00 that will be charged with your first payment.
• Failed payments will incur an administration fee of $9.00.
