Love the Skin You’re In

As temperatures dip lower and the days get shorter, your body may be in need of a little more TLC than usual. From body polishes to massages to clinical treatments, we offer a variety of amazing treatments to relax and rejuvenate you from head to toe.

Body Polish

How it works:

A luxurious scrub is rubbed all over your skin and massaged in. The scrub contains amazing ingredients such as mineral-rich sea salts, enzymes, and essential oils. After we’ve let the scrub work its magic, it is rinsed off to reveal renewed, soft skin.

Key benefits:

Our body polish renews your skin by polishing away any nasties. It also works as a moisturiser, leaving you feeling soft and smooth. Plus, the massage will get your lymphatic system moving, which results in a body detox!

What to expect:

This treatment is ultra relaxing and has no downtime. You’ll see the amazing results immediately afterwards.

Body Massage

How it works:

Choose between a 60-minute or a 90-minute full body massage with our experienced massage therapist. Your therapist will personalise your treatment by discussing with you the areas of your body that need extra attention.

Key benefits:

Body massage is known to improve circulation, relax tension, decrease stress levels, increase flexibility, and improve your skin tone. The benefits are mental as well as physical!

What to expect:

At times, a body massage can be slightly uncomfortable if working through tight muscles, but overall, clients report finding the treatment very relaxing. Clients also may feel sore or tight in the hours following a massage—this is totally normal! It’s simply the body helping to heal areas that need it and the pain will subside.

You will experience great results after just one massage, but depending on your individual client needs, a therapist may recommend a more regular treatment plan.

EmSella

How it works:

EmSella is an amazing clinical treatment designed to fight incontinence and weak pelvic muscles. Electromagnetic energy is sent through the body to trigger muscle contractions that can’t be achieved naturally. The muscle contractions strengthen the pelvic floor and the bladder, which combats incontinence.

What to expect:

This is a completely non-invasive treatment and you can remain fully clothed throughout the procedure. Most clients describe the feeling as unusual, but not painful or uncomfortable. You can get back to your day-to-day activities right after the treatment as there is no downtime! The treatment lasts around 30 minutes.

Recommended treatment course:

Typically, we recommend clients undergo 6 treatments over 3 weeks. This is the best way to see optimal results! However, you can chat to one of our qualified clinicians to personalise a treatment plan to suit your needs and schedule. We always advise a minimum of 48 hours between sessions. At Lavish, we offer course package options from single sessions and packages of two, four, and six. Contact us to find out more about our course package options!

EmSculpt

How it works:

From the team that brings us EmSella, EmSculpt is an incredible treatment to tone your muscles and shed stubborn fat. HIFEM (High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Energy) is sent through specific areas of the body to trigger muscle contractions that can’t be achieved in the gym. These work to build muscle fibres and destroy fat cells, resulting in toned, defined muscles. In just one session, over 20,000 muscle contractions are triggered.

What to expect:

While this treatment is non-invasive and pain-free, you may find the sensation strange. You may also feel a little tired after the treatment, as though you’ve completed an intense workout. This is completely normal, and you can resume your normal activities immediately following the session. Each session lasts for 30 minutes; we recommend 4 sessions over 2 weeks for the best results.

Which areas does it target?

EmSculpt can be targeted at the stomach/abdomen, upper arms, and buttocks. Contact us or drop by to chat to an experienced technician about whether you’re eligible for EmSculpt and how many treatments you may need.
